Putting yourself first is not selfish 

Sometimes this is something you learn as a child 

But sometimes you learn this as a woman 

It doesn't matter when It's just matters that you give yourself this gift It is vital to living a happy, full, expansive, healthy, joyful and balanced life I have learnt that knowing me fully allows me to show up differently in all my relationships.  

How I show up influences how I interact, how I serve, how I support, how I lead, how I guide, and how I react in each moment.  

The more inner work and self nurturing you do, the more everyone around you benefits. 

Because by choosing yourself when you need to and by fully loving yourself, you show others the importance of finding balance for themselves.  

Leading by example is always something that has been important to me.  

I have learnt that by 

Helping my body physically 

Choosing myself

Following the Yes's and the No's my body gives and honoring and respecting them 

Being patient with my body, myself, and with life to unfold 

Being fully present 

Opening up to embracing more love, more light, more joy 

Surrendering to being guided and to allowing the plan to unfold Allowing support into my life in multiple ways 

Deepening my connection and communication with the Divine 

Listening to my soul's calling and voice 

The more I do this, the more amazing life becomes 

You have a role to play 

You have gifts to share in this world It's when you step up, when you say YES, when you heed the call of your soul that you really start to shine Believe me, I get it!!  

Mine has called and I am listening and following the direction and the way I am being guided to show up and take what is different from the past and this is ok. 

But I want to leave you with a few questions to ask youself: 

"Will you say YES to you?" 

"Will you heed the call of your soul that you have bigger gifts to share with the world than you previously have been sharing?" 

"Will you step up and follow through?" 

"Will you allow life to surprise you that even more awaits you in this beautiful life you've been gifted?"
