Today I want to talk about Turmeric.

It is one of the amazing anti-inflammatory herbs that we can use and incorporate into our daily health routines. I think Turmeric is one of those under-utilised herbs that has such amazing health benefits.

I will share some of my favourite recipes and ways I use Turmeric in my diet.

1. Turmeric Shot

Use 1/3 to 1/3 a finger of turmeric

1/8 pineapple

Juice these and add a dash of cayenne pepper


2. Mango Turmeric Smoothie

Slice half a mango

Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder

Half an orange

Squeeze half a lime

Blend and enjoy!

3. Turmeric Orange  Mango Juice

3 carrots

1 turmeric finger

 Juice the carrots and turmeric finger

Add this into a blender and add a few pieces of fresh mango
