Right, now more than ever, we are being called to feel all our emotions!

It is so important to connect in especially right now in this crazy time!!

Checking in with ourselves daily and through the day to see :

How are I feeling?

Am I feeling energised?

Do I need time to myself?

Do I need to connect in Nature?

Do I need to rest and be still or do we need to move?

Life is about balance,

The yin and the yang,

It's all about opposites,

Masculine and Feminine,

Movement and Rest,

Day and night,

That goes for emotions and energy as well.

We all process emotions in different ways and what works for one may not work for you or me,

  • Feel it,
  • Move it through your body,
  • Speak or Sing it out through your body.

At different times we will be drawn to what we need.

The body has such amazing wisdom ready for us when we lean in and listen.

Did you know that fear is held and stored in your hips and hip flexors if it is not processed?

So, one tip to help you process any fear you may be feeling is to move when you need to. Not many people will talk about this or share this but it's so important to know.

I don't want fear getting stuck in my tissues. This was a big one for me. Since I've learnt this, my go-to's are to walk or dance. But walking in Nature works like magic for me. I let it all go as I walk as I focus on the beauty around me and what I am grateful for

Have you sometimes realised why you feel so much lighter or better after you've gotten up and danced to your favourite tunes or you've been out for a walk in Nature?

On the days I haven't wanted to walk, I've cycled indoors and danced.

This could involve putting the music on and dancing or going to a walk-in nature or walking in your garden or around your home.
