Each of us has a choice what we are going to focus on and this will vary from day to day, week to week and month to month the longer lockdown continues.

I have achieved so much over these 7 weeks thus far. And this is not about bragging! This is coming from a place of curiosity?

I've achieved more than I thought would be possible! I have learnt so much about myself, others around me, my friends, my family and my peers in my mastermind and my mentors.

Perhaps, I haven't allowed myself to get sidetracked by duties that I previously thought I had to do? Perhaps in lockdown, it's been easier to stay focussed and not have other to-dos come up that pull me away?

I have realised that all the work that I have been doing over the years have lead me to these very moments.

A test of resilience, of patience, of compassion, of understanding, of mindset and belief, of creativity, of lateral thinking, of flexibility, of balance, of breathing, of staying present and being in the now, of embracing the unknown and of allowing things to unfold.

Not thinking about yesterday or tomorrow but today, this moment and right now and making each moment count.

And most of all, how to stay nurtured, from the inside out. Of going in and staying connected with my body and making sure I lean in and listen to what my body needs to stay whole, healthy and well so I can show up fully charged.

And above all the power of love and gratitude and how this supports I have loved every minute of all the hard work I have put into what I have been working on quietly during this time.

Work that will support my clients.

I am grateful for this day and every day now and moving forward

I am grateful that I have been able to support all our clients virtually and in my online business with my online rehab programs in a time when support was needed the most.

I am blown away at the possibility and potential and what we can achieve if we put our minds to it, stay focussed and take actions towards what we want.

I have been watching and witnessing my amazing clients also seize these moments and the miracle of movement that is unfolding that I get to witness in each session is awe-inspiring.

That makes me want to do, even more, to help even more people achieve their goals.

As a physio, this has helped us be more creative and dynamic about how we deliver therapy, about how we support clients and about more of all, not doing things for clients but empowering them even more and educating them how to do things for themselves and independently. And continuing to encourage them to not give up, and to keep going!!

So many believe and see physios as only doing hands-on work but there is so much more that we do other than hands-on work that is missed, forgotten or not understood or overlooked. I am grateful for the silence and space.....

It just is amazing what is possible with an open mind, a willingness to try new things or doing things differently with connection and collaboration This is a powerful time for all of us

There really is an invitation here from this situation. How each of us uses it, is entirely up to us.

There is no wrong or right way! It will be unique to each of us!

So my question for you is: "Are you leaning in and getting curious and have some deep aha's unfolded folded for you too?"

Stay safe, healthy and well

Thinking of everyone I know

Love and blessings
