I am worth putting in more time, focus and steady action!
In the past everyone else's needs always came before yours until you were forced to put your own needs first
Yes I know it feels uncomfortable It feels frustrating to have others help you when you are used to being so independent and usually the one helping others
Accepting help and support from others feels so hard and you hate feeling dependent on others
But now you have been forced to have help
And it feels like there is a tug of war going on inside you
But how can you accept help in a way that feels healthy and acceptable to you without you feeling like you are not in control?
This is the big question
What answer did you get when you asked yourself this question?
An important part of feeling strong, empowered and independent is to tap into that part of yourself that like taking action and doing things.
You see during rehab,
You have to keep working on your body
So that your muscles can get stronger,
So that your brain and body connection can become stronger again
So that your brain and body can work together again seamlessly to allow for your movements to become automatic again, without you having to think and plan how to do the movement
This takes practice and repetition and the right kind of stimulation for your body and brain at the right time with the right awareness and mindset The Rock Your Mobility program focuses on just that and is now open to join.
