Athletes use mindset coaching to enhance their performances as well but it is not limited to athletes. We can use it when learning a new skill and when working on regaining movement after an injury or impairment
I have seen so many of my amazing clients do and achieve this switch from having the instinctive thought be "I can't" to "I will give it a go" to "I can!!"
But here's the thing, it's so much easy to master this mindset shift with guidance, help and support where you are reminded and prompted continuously on what to focus on before you move. This is how it becomes a habit that you continue to use in your life moving forward
