Wow, what a year. It's been a year of constant change and unknowns

Looking back, I managed and excelled at quite a few things this year even though we had the pandemic and lockdowns because I had ongoing support from my mentor and my community group. Being surrounded by like-minded people made it easy to stay on track and not get sidetracked by what was happening around me that I couldn't control. Instead, my focus was on what I could influence and change. And for that, I am truly grateful. I believe that investing in yourself and your future is never wasted. In fact, this is something I do every year now.

I make myself MY priority

Why, because I learnt that only I can prioritise myself and my goals a long time ago.

I can't ever see me stopping because being the best version of myself is important to me and I choose to do this with the right people around to support me and to keep me accountable to the big goals I set for myself

Growing and expanding as a person is important to me
Living fully is important to me

There will always be areas of improvement and growth in your life that you will find if living a full life is important to you

I see the struggle every day that my amazing clients navigate during their rehabilitation journey.

An important part of my role is to be able to help you look at your progress, your growth, your expansion objectively and really help own your successes. This is so so important to help you stay focused, motivated and driven to keep working on your mobility goals.

Another important role is helping you understand what is going on in your body, how your body is changing on the inside with the physical changes you see on the outside. Without this, so many clients give up when they are so close because they haven't understood how neuroplasticity works, or no one has explained what plastic changes are currently taking place in the brain and neural systems linking their arm and brain or leg and brain or both arm, leg and brain. This is the game-changer.

If you can know how your hard work, daily action is impacting your body physically to help you improve then it becomes a no brainer to keep going and take steady action for your body to create your freedom of movement and control

This is what the right kind of support provides you with during rehab as well as being able to focus on the positive shifts, and changes that your body has made through your dedicated hard work.

I have witnessed this change with my clients. Take one of my clients now over the past 9 months, she has gained
75% more mobility and strength in her arm and 50% more muscle strength in her leg
100% more confidence, balance and safety with her  walking
100% engagement and motivation in her rehab program and she carries out all her home exercises daily now without help or prompting

What changes are you wanting for your body in the next 3 to 6 months?

I will be running the next round of 30-Day rehab series with 2 live exercise sessions weekly for the 30-Day period as well as a private weekly check-in with me. This starts Monday 4th January

Let's create some new healthy and more positive habits for your body in 2021 to help you create the mobility results you are looking for
