We have the perfect opportunity to jumpstart a new evening routine during lockdown that will enhance our health, mobility and overall wellness.  

My even routine includes the following: 

Magnesium Drink or Epsom salt bath 

Meditation 

Blue Blockers Stop screen time 2 hours before bed and switch to listening to an audiobook 

Gratitdue practice 

Stop exercise 3-4 hours before bed 

Deep breathing 

Supplements to support a strong immune system and healthy body 

Grounding during sleep  

My evening routine is designed to: reduce stress and inflammation in the body strengthen my body's immune system relax the body and tap into the parasympathetic nervous system for a restful night's sleep
