You won't be doing it alone.
I will be joining you for 2 Live exercise classes a week over the 30 Day period so we will be training together. I will be in our online private group and checking in regularly to help you when you get stuck so you can overcome it quickly and not get derailed by your challenges.
The aim is to still keep moving forward.
