Looking back on what you have accomplished over the past 3 to 6 months is so important especially when you have been working really hard at improving your mobility and strength.

It is so easy to forget how far you have come because with each new piece of the puzzle that clicks into place a New You emerges

When this happens, this becomes your new normal... Meaning you forget about

1. how hard it was to do what seems like simple movements like

  • walk up and down the stairs,
  • get up out of the chair without help,
  • hug your child or loved one,
  • use your arm again

2. the struggle internal struggle and overcoming the story that you can't improve and regain your mobility and strength,

3. the frustration you felt when you couldn't move or your body couldn't keep up with you in the way you want the moments when you felt this would never end and that things can't change

Because now this is replaced with:

1. Joy and Excitement that everything you thought would never happen now is happening and you can't believe your eye,

2. Gratitude that you didn't give in when things were hard

3. Appreciation that you can control movements in your body you had lost and how easy and automatic some movements again

4. Acceptance that the possibilities are endless now of all the activities that you can do in your life and new opportunities are available again that you thought would not be possible again

If you have been wrestling with the wanting to do more to regain or improve your strength, balance and mobility from the comfort of your own home, know that this is possible. To find out more, click here
